The series contains source material on camporees, jamborees, rallies, trainings, Scouters' conferences, charitable actions by the scouts, competitions, fund-raising activities, special events, banquets, visits to the scouts, and other activities organized by and for the scouts and their leaders from 1925 to 2001. It consists mainly of correspondence, instructions, schedules, reports, statements, press clippings, training documentation, drawings, minutes, programmes, reports of inspection for the Lister Memorial Trophy competition, score sheets, question and answer sheets, games documentation, and photographs. It is comprised of the following files: Camporees (1939-1984), Jamborees (1929-1999), Rallies (1925-1983), Royal Visit (1939), Apple Day (1938-1970), Toy Shop ([1937?]-[1954?]), Trainings (1926-1985), Logo Design Contest (1958), Hobby Show ([193-?]), Movie Nights (1947-1953), Coronation Day (1953), Rotary Fair (1945-1982), E.T.A.A.
