The fonds consists of two bulky souvenir albums containing primary and secondary documents relating to the period when Albert Bethune Carley was in Europe as a military volunteer during WWI and his return to Canada. It includes many military documents, invitations, events programs and an important collection of personal photographs and commercial postcards depicting places that A.B. Carley visited or scenes of the war.
