Letter. Dated Easter Tuesday, 1898. From John S. Brewer while studying for his L.S.T. at Bishop's College, to his sister Margery at Old Hill, Worcs. Margery Brewer later went to Africa where she spent her life as an Anglican missionary; photocopy and transcribed copy of original letter. Covering letter from Howard Church (son-in-law to J.S. Brewer) to Dr. Jefferis, dated Cranbrook, B.C., June 17, 1980.

Mackey, then Staff Correspondent for The Star, at that time the highly regarded afternoon English-speaking daily, no longer published." Included also are clippings from December 1947, concerning the disappearance of Principal McGreer.
