The fonds contains information on the finances and members of the Sawyerville Women's Institute (disbanded in 2004) from 1985 to 2004. It consists of a treasurer's book for 1985 to 2004, which also served as a membership book for 1985 to 1994, and two cookbooks (undated) with recipes submitted by Sawyerville W.I. members.
