The fonds contains primary source material on Lingwick Lodge, No. 79, from 1905 to 2012 and Fidelity Lodge, No. 77, from 1957 to 1980. It consists primarily of minutes, correspondence, attendance registers, returns, petitions and applications, Masonic profiles, and membership dues. The fonds is comprised of the following series: History (1981-2011), Constituent Documents (1907-2009), Administration ([19-?]-2011), Buildings & Property (1989-2012), Finances (1906-2012), Membership (1906-2011), Photographs ([198-?]-[199-?]), and Fidelity Lodge, No. 77, Dues (1957-1980).

The file contains primary source information on dispensations that were approved by the Grand Lodge of Quebec for Lingwick Lodge, No. 79, from 1905 to 2010. It consists of correspondence requesting dispensations for ceremonies of Joint Installations of Officers as of 1989 with the members of Friendship Lodge, No. 66 (Sawyerville, Qc), and Victoria Lodge, No. 16 (Sherbrooke, Qc), and for other fraternal visits between lodges, as well as changes to Article X of the Bylaws.

The file contains inventories recording architectural heritages in Gould, Lingwick and St-Marguerite-de-Lingwick in 1994. It consists of 20 inventory forms describing and evaluating architectures and 20 photographs of the documented buildings.

The file contains source material on the enterprise of The Gould Rush (La Ruée vers Gould) in Gould in 1995 and 1998. It consists of information on the enterprise that reused historical buildings for tourism purpose, a grant application to fund this enterprise in 1998 and documents researching the history of the buildings in 1995.

The file contains 22 photographs on the places other than East Angus such as Westbury, Gould and other unidentified places in 20th century. It includes different topics such as the dam in Westbury and its construction, workers, business, town council, town hall and so on.

The fonds contains source material on the histories of Gould, Ste-Marguerite and Lingwick in 19th and 20th century. It consists of two interviews with Adélard Bouffard and Kenneth McIver conducted in 1978 and 1979 on the histories of Lingwick and its surrounding regions, including 4 CDs, 2 transcripts and 4 related photographs, and 7 documents of historical information on topics such as a merchant and builder in Lingwick and Ste-Marguerite in early 20th century, the arrival of the first francophone family in Lingwick in late 19th century, the establishment of Gould and Lingwick from 19th century to 20th century, the first Catholic mass and francophone school in early 20th century in Lingwick and the population of Lingwick from 1842 to 2001.
