It consists of correspondence requesting dispensations for ceremonies of Joint Installations of Officers as of 1989 with the members of Friendship Lodge, No. 66 (Sawyerville, Qc), and Victoria Lodge, No. 16 (Sherbrooke, Qc), and for other fraternal visits between lodges, as well as changes to Article X of the Bylaws.
