History

Charles Hampden Hobart (L.S.T. 1914) came from England to Canada to join his brother Vere Edward Hobart (L.S.T. 1911), both of them to study Theology at Bishop's. After ordination he went to Labrador as a missionary, working with the famous Dr. Grenfell. He worked there for three years or so, returning to England on the death of his father. He was born 6 July 1886, died 21 October 1961
