The subseries contains information on the Revered Alfred T. Jones from 1927 to 1936 in Stanstead and Magog, QC, and in Melbourne, Florida. It consists of correspondence and postcards sent by A.T. Jones to Harold Ferrin Baldwin and W.K. Baldwin. The correspondence mainly concerns United Church affairs as well as some comments about A.T. Jones' everyday life.

Correspondence received

The file contains primary source information on the personal life of Mead H. Baldwin from about 1906 to 1921. It consists of letters and postcards received by Mead from friends and family. Correspondents include: George Carpenter, Leonard D. Turner, Catherine Cooke, J.A. Follett, Wright M. Parsons, Mr. and Mrs. William N. Liev Jr., and Ina G. Getty, among others.

Adelle (Baldwin) Lanoue

The subseries contains primary source information on Adelle Baldwin Lanoue's personal life from 1932 to 1949 and in 1964. It consists primarily of correspondence, much of which was written to family in Canada when she, her husband, Ulric Lanoue, and their son, Robert Baldwin Lanoue, were living as missionaries in the Belgian Congo. The family's 1933 Christmas card includes a photograph of Robert around six months old. Two of the letters, dated 1946 and 1949, were written from Newport, Vermont. The subseries also contains a photocopy of Adelle's obituary from the Rockford Register in 1964.

The fonds contains primary source information on the family life; social, religious and economic activities; and education of various members of the Baldwin family, May family and other relatives and friends during the 18th to 21st centuries. It also contains historical information on the Stanstead County and Barnston Township areas, as well as genealogy. The majority of the records were produced in the Eastern Townships, many come from the New England states as well as across Canada and worldwide. It consists primarily of personal and business correspondence, postcards and photographs, maps, historical notes and family history. It consists of three postcards addressed to Ruth May, written by her aunts Ida Alberta Stevens and Alma Elvira Stevens. It also consists of an invitation to the wedding of Mead Ferrin Stevens in Montgomery, Alabama to Mary, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Fyeld Cherry (1944); the invitation was sent to Ruth May Baldwin and Harold Ferrin Baldwin.

It consists of letters written by Jennie, addressed to Ruth May Baldwin and Harold Ferrin Baldwin. Jennie's letters primarily contain holiday greetings and discuss family. The letter dated December 23, 1934 contains a black and white photograph of Betty May Ladd (Jennie's granddaughter by her daughter, Ruby M. Cushing) and Errol Ray Cushing (Jennie's grandson by her son, Addison Willard Cushing). The letter dated January 17, 1938 contains a photograph of Betty May Ladd at 4 years old, taken August 9, 1936.

The subseries contains primary source information pertaining to Anna Lee (née Mead) from about 1934 to 1948, in New London, CT. It consists of greeting cards and letters written by Anna, addressed to Lill Ferrin Baldwin and Harold Ferrin Baldwin. The letter dated February 1, 1934 contains an enclosed photograph of a large, colonial-style home seen from a snowy road bordered by a fence. The inscription on the verso of the photograph reads: "The home faces south and we look at Long Island Sound over to Fisher's Island."
