It consists of correspondence addressed to Leonard Auger, with some correspondence from Auger, largely pertaining to his research in preparation for a book about the history of the Eastern Townships, including correspondence regarding various volunteer commitments. It is also a source of information (including photographs) on the sugar beet factories in Berthierville and Coaticook, Quebec and Eddy, New Mexico.
The subseries contains primary source information on the writing interests of Leonard Auger around the 1930s. It consists of a leather-bound Daily Reminder book, compliments of the Dominion Textile Company. The book contains handwritten texts and simple sketches of building plans.
