It consists of deeds of sales and partitions for mining lots, certificates of titles, a report on A. T. Ward copper prospects in Inverness and Halifax townships, contracts, correspondence and a map showing the holdings of the Asbestos Corporation Limited in Broughton, Coleraine, Thetford and Ireland Townships from around the 1930s.
