Found in the pages of yearbooks are newspaper clippings: a photograph of the graduating class of North Hatley High School from 1969, a photograph of the graduating class of Sherbrooke Hospital School of Nursing from 1948, various obituaries of past graduates and an undated 'card of thanks' article from Pearl Robinson.

The file primarily consists of 36 programmes for awards nights and graduations at Alexander Galt Regional High School, Lennoxville. The file provides information about the school's cultural events, performances, and student activities, such as plays, awards nights, graduation ceremonies, and reunions from 1973 to 1998. It is also a source of information on the Waterville School and includes a reunion souvenir booklet, newspaper clipping and program from 1989; a photograph of the Waterville classes of Grades 4, 5 and 6 from around 1940; a proficiency certificate awarded Evelyn Smith in 1916; two concert prorgrammes from the Mitchell school from 1948 and 1965; and a programme from a performance of "Our Hearts were Young and Gay" by the Lennoxville High School Dramatic Society in 1947.

Item consists of digital reproduction of a poster advertising the Sherbrooke Hussars' Centennial Guard activities in Sherbrooke in 1967. The poster features an illustration of a soldier in a 19th-century uniform, holding a musket. The activities included a program of drill and 1867 battle tactics and a concert by the Sherbrooke Hussars Band to commemorate Canada's Centennial and the 100th Anniversary of the Regiment. Activities were to take place at the Parade Grounds (Champ-de-Mars) off of Queen Street (now Boulevard Queen-Victoria) in Sherbrooke on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons.

Paul-Marcel, 2-4 September 1912, at His Majesty's Theatre, Sherbrooke; posters for "Too Much Married", by the West Brome Dramatic Club; "Not Guilty" and "Silent Woman !", Town Hall, Lennoxville, by the Boston Comedy Company; a programme for "Quality Street" presented by the Sherbrooke High School in 1943; a programme for "Captain Applejack" presented by the Sherbrooke High School; a programme for "Merrie England" presented by the Sher-Lenn Operatic & Choral Society; a programme for "The Pirates of Penzance" presented by the Sher-Lenn Choir in 1952; two postcard advertisements listing the programme for the Le Cochon Souriant: théâtre ambulant from 2000; and the summer 2005 programme for Townships Stage, performed at The Piggery Theatre.

The file contains a souvenir envelope from East Angus commemorating the royal visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to Canada, dated 12 June 1939, as well as a programme for the royal visit in Sherbrooke and tickets for seats in the viewing stands along the parade route. The programme includes an order of procession, a list of Sherbrooke figures to be presented to the King and Queen, as well as a map of the parade route.
