Collection presents information on business and commerce in the Coaticook area from 1851 to 1934. It consists of photocopies of invoices and newspaper clippings.
The fonds contains primary source information on the family life; social, religious and economic activities; and education of various members of the Baldwin family, May family and other relatives and friends during the 18th to 21st centuries. It also contains historical information on the Stanstead County and Barnston Township areas, as well as genealogy. The majority of the records were produced in the Eastern Townships, many come from the New England states as well as across Canada and worldwide. It consists primarily of personal and business correspondence, postcards and photographs, maps, historical notes and family history.
