Item is a lettergram addressed to Mrs. Frank Herbert Price of Magog from the Director of Records in Ottawa, dated October 8, 1918. The lettergram states that Pte. Frank Herbert Price was admitted to the 55 General Hospital in Boulogne on October 1, due to a shrapnel wound in his side.
