The Knowlton Conference was an annual gathering of Christian workers during the summer. The first Conference was held August 11, 1902 at Knowlton. In 1932, the Conference ended due to financial difficulties.

The fonds consists of primary source information relating to the Knowlton Conference Association, including a scrapbook-style binder containing administrative and communication documents, and a collection of glass positives depicting the Knowlton Conference activities through the years.
