General note
Mrs. F.F. Haskell ("Aunt Ria") is probably Asenath Maria (née Smith) Haskell, wife of Francis Fenelon Haskell of Massachusetts. Francis and Asenath are the parents of Eli Perry Haskell, possibly the E. Perry Haskell whose correspondence is found in P173/003.07. Eli Perry Haskell was married to Mary Washburn (née Thomas) Haskell. Source: https://ancestors.familysearch.org/en/LT98-VCJ/eli-perry-haskell-1885.
Francis Fenelon Haskell was brother to Sarah (née Haskell) Ferrin. Sarah was the second wife of Martin C. Ferrin, making her stepmother to Lill Ferrin Baldwin. Source: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/KZCY-J3J.
Mrs. F.F. Haskell (née Asenath Maria Smith) would therefore be Lill's aunt by marriage, through Lill's stepmother, Sarah Haskell Ferrin.
