The fighter on the left is Thomas Burns Canadian born World heavyweight Boxing Champion from 1906 to 1908. The man with the white shirt is the referee James J. Jeffries. The fighter on the right is Jack O'Brien. The three men behind O'Brien are is training team. Robert Grant Ward, Abdul ''The Turk'' Malgan and Swee Swanson ''the Swede''.
